Profile

Dr. Sneha Shah joined Lilavati Hospital in 2019 and brings with her over 10 years of experience as an Ophthalmic Plastic Surgeon. Prior to returning to India, she served as the Consultant & Head of Oculoplastics at Yeovil District Hospital NHS Trust, UK. She completed her fellowship at the world-renowned Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, where she trained under eminent surgeons like Prof. Richard Collins, Prof. Geoffrey Rose, and Mr. Daniel Ezra.

Dr. Shah further honed her skills in Facial Aesthetics & Periocular Rejuvenation through training with Drs. Tanuj Nakra and Jeffery Nerad in the USA. Her journey in Oculoplastics began after her post-graduation in Ophthalmology, when she trained at the LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, and worked closely with the National Retinoblastoma Registry under the ICMR. She also gained valuable experience at Centre for Sight, Hyderabad, where she worked alongside Dr. Santosh Honavar.

Dr. Sneha Shah specializes in treating conditions like droopy eyelids, lower lid bags, watering eyes, lumps and bumps around the eyes, orbital fractures, tumors, thyroid eye disease, and the loss of an eye with artificial eye implantation. With a focus on the latest management protocols and evidence-based practices, Dr. Shah combines her extensive international training and expertise to provide compassionate, world-class care to her patients.
