Austrailia

Instructions for Australian Medical Examination (501, 502, 707)

Reporting timing: 9.00 am OR as per appointment given. No fasting required.

  • Prior appointment and hard copies of all original documents are required.
  • Carry Original Passport and a photocopy of the first and last page.
  • Only Valid Original Passport accepted as ID proof.
  • Female clients who are pregnant and plan to deliver in Australia will require an additional test for Hep B (HbsAg).
  • All medicals will be uploaded online through the e-Medical portal.
  • Carry HAP Id / TRN or HRI number received from the Consulate.
  • Children under 11 years should be accompanied by parents/guardians for the medicals.
Medical Examination Fees:
  • Applicant under 5 years (only consultation) (501) - Rs. 3400
  • Child required to do TB Screening through:
    • MT Skin Test - Rs. 300
    • IGRA Test - Rs. 6250
  • Applicant between 5 to < 11 years (Consultation) (501) - Rs. 3600
  • Applicant 11 to 15 years (Consultation & Chest X-ray) (501 & 502) - Rs. 4300
  • Applicant > 15 years (Consultation, EGFR Chest X-ray) (501 & 502) - Rs. 5250
  • Applicant > 15 years (Consultation, EGFR & HIV) (501, 502 & 707) - Rs. 5900
Additional Information:
  • M.T Skin Test: Applicant has to return after 48 hours to show the readings.
  • IGRA Test: Conducted at 1.30 pm only.
  • Digital Photograph will be taken at the hospital.
  • If vaccinated for COVID-19, carry your printed certificate from the CoWIN app.

Brunei

Instructions for Brunei Visa Medical

Registration: Compulsory with a one-time charge of Rs. 200/-

General Guidelines:
  • Prior appointment and hard copies of all original documents are required.
  • Reporting timing: 9.00 am OR as per appointment given.
  • No fasting required.
  • Appointment must be taken by the applicant or a relative.
  • Carry Original Passport and a photocopy of the first and last page.
  • Visa Letter or Company/Organization Offer/Appointment Letter Copy.
  • Six identical color passport-size photos with a white background.
Medical Examination Charges:
  • Charges range between Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 17,000 per head (approximately).
  • Jobs involving food handling require additional tests:
    • Stool Routine and Stool Culture (charged extra).
  • Married females must undergo an additional Urine Pregnancy Test.
Report Collection:
  • Reports will be available after two working days between 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm or as instructed by the department.

Canada

Instructions for Canadian Visa Medical

General Guidelines:
  • Reporting Time: 9:00 am OR as per appointment given.
  • No fasting required.
  • Prior appointment and hard copies of all original documents are required.
  • Carry Original Passport and a photocopy of the first and last page.
  • If the original passport is unavailable, carry a copy of the passport along with your original PAN card/AADHAR card and a photocopy.
  • For PR / Family: Carry your IME Number if received from the Embassy.
  • For Student Visa: Letter of Acceptance from the university (original & copy).
  • For Work Visa: Offer or appointment letter / ITA copy.
  • A urine sample is required.
  • Females in their menstrual cycle should avoid medicals due to potential abnormalities in urine reports.
  • Bring previous chest X-rays, especially if treated for Tuberculosis (TB), along with drug treatment details and prescriptions.
  • Carry discharge summaries of major hospitalizations, including surgery (if any).
  • The entire medical process takes approximately 3 hours to complete.
  • All medicals are uploaded online via the E-medical portal.
  • A digital photograph will be taken in the hospital.
  • If vaccinated for COVID-19, carry a printed certificate from the CoWIN app.
Medical Examination Charges:
  • Applicant below 5 years: (Consultation) ₹2,500
  • Applicant between 5 to 10 years: (Consultation & urine test) ₹2,750
  • Applicant between 11 to 14 years: (Consultation, urine test & chest X-ray) ₹3,600
  • Applicant above 15 years: (Consultation, chest X-ray, HIV, Syphilis, urine routine, creatinine) ₹6,000

New Zealand

Instructions for New Zealand Medical Examination

General Guidelines:
  • Reporting Time: 9:00 am OR as per appointment given.

  • Carry Original Passport and a photocopy of the first and last page.
  • Download and fill in the required medical forms related to your medical examination.
  • Children under 18 years should be accompanied by parents/guardians for the medicals.
  • A urine sample is required.
  • Females in their menstrual cycle should avoid medicals due to potential abnormalities in urine reports.
  • A digital photograph will be taken in the hospital.

United Kingdom

Instructions for UK VISA Medical Exam (TB Screening)

General Guidelines:
  • Reporting Time: 9:00 am OR as per appointment given.
  • No fasting required.
  • Prior appointment and hard copies of all original documents are required.
  • Carry Original Passport and a photocopy of the first and last page.
  • Charges: ₹ 2500/- per head for all age groups (effective from 1st July 2022). Chest X-ray film & report are included in this charge.
  • Pregnant applicants who do not wish to undergo a Chest X-ray can opt for a Sputum Test.
  • Children under 11 years should be accompanied by parents/guardians for the medicals.
  • Carry two recent color passport-size photographs with a white background.
  • Report and Certificate will be available on the next working day between 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm or as instructed by the department.

Instructions for South Korea Visa Medical Exam (TB Screening)

General Guidelines:
  • Reporting Time: 9:00 am OR as per appointment given.
  • No fasting required.
  • Prior appointment and hard copies of all original documents are required.
  • ONLY original Passport is accepted as ID proof.
  • Carry photocopies of the passport.
  • Registration is compulsory, and charges applicable are ₹ 200/-.
  • Charges: ₹ 2400/- approx. (as per OPD rates).
  • Children under 11 years should be accompanied by a relative/guardian for the medicals.
  • Carry one recent passport-size color photograph with a white background.
  • Reports will be available on the next working day between 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm or as instructed by the department.
