1. What is Registration?
    Registration is a one-time activity for availing any kind of services offered by Lilavati Hospital & Research Centre. (For OPD / IP Admission / Health Check-up / Investigations)
  2. Why should one get registered?
    Registration makes the hospital services much easier and faster. (No need to provide the same information repeatedly)
  3. Where to get registered?
    For In-Patient – at the admission counter
    For Out-Patient – at the respective OPD counter
  4. Any document required to make changes in registration?
    Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport Copy required to make changes in already registered patients.
  5. What document is required for admission?
    Any prescription letter issued by the admitting doctor / Prescription issued from Casualty Medical Officer / Resident Medical Officer.
  6. Any other document required for admission?
    No.
  7. Any documentation for Foreign Nationals / NRI / OCI / PIO?
    Need to produce Passport/Visa or OCI/PIO card at the time of admission.
  8. Can we pre-block or reserve a bed for admission?
    We don’t have any pre-blocking or reservation system, but bed confirmation can be obtained on the day of admission by dialing phone no. 69318080.
  9. What time should we come on the day of admission?
    After confirmation with the admission counter within 2–3 hours or as advised by your consulting doctor.
  10. What types of rooms are available for admission?
    • Common: 6 sharing / Plastic chair for attendant (Toilet/Bathroom Outside)
    • Economy: 3 sharing / Recliner chair for attendant (Attached Toilet/Bathroom)
    • Twin Sharing:2 sharing / Extra Couch for attendant (Attached Toilet/Bathroom)
    • Special: Basic single room / Extra bed for attendant (Attached Toilet/Bathroom)
    • Deluxe: Single room / Extra bed for attendant (Attached Toilet/Bathroom)
    • Super Deluxe:Single room / Extra bed for attendant (Attached Toilet/Bathroom)
    • Executive Suite: Two single rooms / Extra bed for attendant (Attached Toilet/Bathroom)
  11. How many relatives are allowed with the patient?
    One relative is mandatory with the patient up to Super Deluxe class. Only in Executive Suite, two relatives can stay with the patient.
  12. What are visiting hours?
    Wards: Monday to Saturday – 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
    Sunday – 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM / 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
    ICU: Monday to Saturday – 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
    Sunday – 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM / 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
    With valid Ward/ICU pass only.
  13. Are meals provided in room charge for the patient?
    Yes, regular meals are provided to patients.
  14. Are meals available for the attendant?
    Cafeteria is available on the 2nd floor.
  15. Can we bring home food for the patient or attendant?
    With a valid Food Pass for the patient. Dining area is available for attendants on the 4th floor.
  16. Do we need to inform the doctor after admission?
    After admission, an auto SMS is sent to the consulting doctor.
  17. What are the charges for hospitalization?
    All charges for hospitalization like ICU bed charge, surgery, operation theatre, investigations, blood test, doctor visits depend on your class of admission.
  18. Mode of payment?
    Deposit payment of ?1.95 lakhs per patient.
    Accepted methods: Credit Card, Pay Order, Demand Draft, Paytm (in favour of Lilavati Hospital & Research Centre), RTGS/NEFT/IMPS.
  19. Discharge process?
    Discharge process is available round the clock at the hospital.
  20. Check-in & Check-out time?
    Check-out time is before 9:00 AM.
