Dr. Rao brings over two decades of expertise in Surgical Oncology, having successfully performed more than 7,000 surgeries.

He received his specialized training in Surgical Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital and pursued further advanced training in Head & Neck Surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering, New York, USA. Additionally, he honed his skills in Endoscopic Laser Surgery for Head & Neck Cancers at the University of Goettingen and the University of Kiel, Germany.

Dr. Rao is an esteemed faculty member at numerous national and international conferences and has contributed to medical literature by authoring chapters in textbooks and reference books for postgraduate surgical students.
