Dr Sheikh is associated with Lilavati Hospital since 2014. He has overall clinical experience of 30 years in teaching hospitals and medical college/s. He is an astute clinician, passionate Intensivist, recognized DNB teacher and well-known academician. He is known for his hard work, dedication and methodical way of doing the work with the utmost empathy and connection to young children under his care.

He has been involved in academic research and clinical audit projects. He is associated with an active member of multiple professional organizations holding varied positions. He is the organizing / scientific committee member for many CME’s, workshops, conferences and academic activities. He is the National faculty and trainer for Pediatrics & Pediatric Critical Care.

His area of clinical work includes managing complicated medical and surgical patients in the PICU & NICU including treatment of sepsis with multiorgan dysfunctions, respiratory distress, mechanical ventilation, polytrauma, nutrition and others together with ambulatory Pediatric as OPD care.
