Experience

5 years of experience in Pediatric Neurosurgery with fellowship from the prestigious Bai Jerbai Wadia Children's Hospital, Mumbai and Fetal Neurosurgery Fellowship from Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital, Orlando, Florida, USA.
The first and only trained Fetal Neurosurgeon in India.
Experienced in the management of Antenatally diagnosed Neurosurgical disorders.
Experienced in various pediatric neurosurgical anomalies ranging from spinal dysraphisms, Complex hydrocephalus, Craniofacial anomalies, Pediatric brain and spine tumors and Vascular disorders.
My personal passion lies in complex Spinal dysraphisms.
I am trained and experienced in the use of the Neuroendoscope for complex cases of multicompartmental hydrocephalus and tumors.

Awards & Recognition

Setting up the First “Fetal Surgery for Open Spina Bifida Center” in India, at Bai Jerbai Wadia and Nowrosjee Wadia Children’s Hospital, Mumbai, India, in June 2024.
Setting up a local “Antenatal Registry for Neurosurgical Disorders”, at Bai Jerbai Wadia and Nowrosjee Wadia Children’s Hospital, Mumbai, India. (since 2025).
Setting up the “Spina Bifida Clinic”- a Multidisciplinary Clinic to discuss patients afflicted with Spina Bifida, at Bai Jerbai Wadia Children’s Hospital (since 2024).
Organizing and conducting several Neurosurgical and Multidisciplinary Quarterly CMEs.
Instrumental in setting up the “Woman and Child” Neurosurgery Department at Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity and Women’s hospital.
Instrumental in training and teaching Paediatric Neurosurgery Fellows.
