• Fellowship in advanced ultrasound and colour Doppler (FAUCD), KEM hospital, Mumbai.
• Certified and licensed by Fetal Medicine Foundation, United Kingdom, FMF (UK) for fetal imaging.
• Certificate course in BCFRG- Basic course in Fetal Radiology and Genetics, recognised by Indian College of Radiology and Imaging (ICRI) and the Maharashtra College of Radiology (MOH), 2025.
• Observership in breast imaging (mammo and sonomammography, breast procedures), Tata Memorial hospital, Mumbai.
• Extensive training in gynaecology and obstetrics imaging and management.

Experience

• Specialised in performing FETAL ULTRASOUNDS -  malformation scan, fetal echocardiography, calculation of risk-assessment for trisomies and pre-eclampsia, first trimester anomaly scan, 3D-4D scans, and other GENERAL and INFERTILITY scans including abdomen, follicular monitoring, endometrial scoring, pelvis, 3D- pelvis, B-scan, KUB, scrotum, TRUS, breast, neck, local swellings, skull (neurosonogram, for pediatric patients), trans-vaginal scans, trans-perineal scans.
• Adept in performing DOPPLERS which include obstetric, upper and lower limb, penile (for erectile dysfunction), carotid, hepato-portal, renal, pelvic, transplant renal, etc.
• Proficient at performing USG GUIDED (FETAL and NON-FETAL) PROCEDURES including amniocentesis, chorionic villi sampling, amnio-reduction, amnio-infusion, vesico-centesis, fetal reduction, sono-hysterosalpingography, sono-vaginography, sono-urethrography, pleural fluid tapping, ascitic fluid tapping, joint fluid aspiration, steroid/ lubricant injections in joints, USG guided FNAC and core-biopsies (thyroid, breast, lymph nodes, omentum, liver, renal, transplant, testicular, any masses), wire- localisation and clip placement for breast lesions, trans-rectal or trans-vaginal aspirations, TRUS guided biopsy, trans vaginal biopsy, ectopic (scar, adnexal, cervical, cornual) pregnancy reduction, saline reduction of intussusception as well as pig-tail insertion into chronic collections and into pleural cavity.
• Competent in all contrast enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) scansfor liver lesions, renal lesions, hycosy (for fallopian tubes), vesico-ureteric reflux, etc.
• Practising since 2016 in renowned hospitals – Dr. D Y Patil hospital, Sion Hospital, SRV hospital (Goregaon), Nexus diagnostic centre, KEM hospital and now Lilavati hospital.

• Won first prize at Sonobuzz 2024, held in Mumbai. Complex anomalies of the body wall; Are they that complex after all? (a case series on fetal body wall complex)
• Won second prize at Maharashtra State IRIA annual conference (2018, held at Shirdi). Computed tomographic evaluation of congenital and acquired anatomical variants of spleen.
• Won first prize at EDURAD, Grand Teaching Files held at LTMMC and LTMGH, Sion-(2017) . An unusual case of breast augmentation by self-injection of almond oil.
• Won the award for chief organiser and master of ceremony for EDURAD, Teaching Files (2018) at Dr. D.Y. Patil Hospital, Navi Mumbai.
• Was the master of ceremony and in the main organisation committee for the Global ULTRAFEST’ 2025, and the Radiology wing of MEDINSPIRE’ 2019.

• Radiological evaluation of a large foetal cystic hygroma (International Journal of Research in Health Sciences, publication dated 01/01/2019)
• To study the incidence of foetal anomalies in a sample size of 200 pregnant ladies. (Final sample size increased to 1000).
• Ultrasound imaging in complications of renal transplant (sample size - 52)
