Profile

Dr. Premik Nagad completed his basic medical education and Diploma in Orthopaedics at Bijapur, Karnataka, followed by his Diploma in Orthopaedics at Shri BM Patil Medical College. He further pursued his Diplomate of National Board in Orthopaedics at Pushpagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, Thiruvalla, Kerala. In 2008, Dr. Nagad joined Dr. Abhay Nene as an observer and progressed to become a clinical fellow, eventually taking on the role of associate spine surgeon. His responsibilities included coordinating surgeries and fellowships. In 2012, he joined Dr. Bhojraj as an associate and coordinator for the Spine Foundation Fellowships.

Dr. Nagad has also undertaken fellowships at Brazos Spine, Texas, and Rush Institute, Chicago. Currently, he serves as a trustee for the Spine Foundation. In addition to his professional practice in Mumbai, he actively coordinates the fellowship program and oversees the Regional Spine Care Centres across Maharashtra and India, with the aim of providing quality spine care to underserved populations.
