Dr. Sanghvi has been associated with Lilavati Hospital since 1998. Throughout his career, he has performed over 1,000 renal transplant surgeries. He is also experienced in a wide range of urological procedures, including PCNL, URS, RIRS, urethroplasty, hypospadias repair, radical nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, cystectomy with ileal conduit, and radical prostatectomies. He was instrumental in establishing renal transplantation surgery at Sion Hospital.

• Trained by Dr. Arthur Smith in Endourology at Long Island Jewish Medical Centre, 1988. Attended laser workshops concurrently.

• Training and certification course in Robotic Surgery – Herman Memorial Centre, Houston, January 2016.
• Robotic Surgery training with Dr. Vipul Patel, January 2016, specializing in Robotic Radical Prostatectomies.
• Robotic Surgery observation at Miami University with Dr. Dipen Parekh and team, February 2016. Observed approximately 50 robotic surgeries, including radical prostatectomies, partial nephrectomies, and radical nephrectomies.
