Instructions for Australian Medical Examination (501, 502, 707)

• Reporting timing is 9.00 am OR as per appointment given. No fasting required:
• Prior appointment and hard copies of all original documents are required.
• Carry Original passport and a photo copy of the first and the last page.
• Only Valid Original Passport accepted as ID proof.
• Female client who are pregnant and plan to deliver in Australia, will require to do an additional test for Hep B i.e. Hbsag
• All medicals will be uploaded online through e-Medical portal.
• Carry HAP Id /TRN or HRI number received from Consulate.
• Children under 11 years should be accompanied by  parents/ guardian  for the medicals.
• Applicant under 5 years (only consultation)(501) Rs. 3400
• Child required to do TB Screening through:
  • 1.MT Skin Test Rs. 300
  • 2.IGRA TEST  Rs. 6250
• Applicant between 5 to < 11 years (Consultation) (501)  Rs. 3600
• Applicant 11 to 15 years (consultation and chest X-ray) (501 & 502) Rs. 4300
• Applicant >15 years (consultation, EGFR chest x-ray) ( 501 & 502)  Rs. 5250
• Applicant >15 years (consultation, EGFR And HIV) (501, 502 & 707)  Rs. 5900
• M.T Skin Test : Applicant has to come after 48 hours to show the readings.
• IGRA Test will be conducted at 1.30 pm only.
• Digital Photograph will be taken in the Hospital.
• If your vaccinated for covid -19 then carry your printed certificate from cowin app.

Instructions for Brunei Visa Medical

• Registration is compulsory and one time charges applicable are Rs. 200/-
• Prior appointment and hard copies of all original documents are required.
• Reporting timing is 9.00 am OR as per appointment given.
• No fasting required:
• Appointment to be taken by the applicant / relative.
• Carry Original passport and a photo copy of the first and the last page.
• Visa Letter or Company or Organization Offer / Appointment   Letter Copy.
• Six identical color passport size photos with White Background
• Charges Rs. 14000 to 17000/- per head. ( Approximately )
• Job which requires food handling will require additional investigation of Stool Routine and Stool Culture which will be charged Extra.
• Married females’ required to do additional Urine Pregnancy test.
• Reports will be available after Two working day between 3.00pm to 4.00pm or as instructed by the department.

Instructions for Canadian Visa

• Reporting timing is 9.00 am OR as per appointment given.
• No fasting required:
• Prior appointment and hard copies of all original documents are required.
• Need to carry Original passport and a photo copy of the first and the last page.
• If Original passport is not available, need to carry a copy of passport with your original PAN card /AADHAR card and a copy.
• For PR / Family carry your IME No if received from Embassy.
• STUDENT VISA - Letter of Acceptance from university, original & copy.
• WORK VISA - Offer or appointment letter / ITA  copy.
• Urine sample has to be given.
• Females in their menstrual cycle should avoid medical due to abnormalities being seen in the urine reports.
• Kindly bring previous Chest X rays, especially if treated for Tuberculosis (TB), along with drug treatment details and prescription.
• Discharge summary of major hospitalization (including surgery if any).
• Entire medical process will take approx. 3 hrs to complete.
• All medicals are uploaded online on E-medical
• Digital Photograph will be taken in the Hospital. 
• If your vaccinated for covid -19 then carry your printed certificate from cowin app.
• Applicant below 5 years (Consultation) (501)  Rs. 2500
• Applicant between 5 to 10 years (consultation & urine)  Rs. 2750
• Applicant between 11 to 14 years (consultation, urine test, & chest x-ray) Rs. 3600
• Applicant >15 years (consultation, chest xray,  Hiv, Syphilis, Urine routine, creatinine) Charges ₹. 6000/-
• If any additional test required it will be charged EXTRA

Instructions for New Zealand Medical Examination

• Reporting timing is 9.00 am OR as per appointment given.
• No fasting required:
• Prior appointment and hard copies of all original documents are required.
• Carry Original passport and a photo copy of the first and the last page.
• Download and fill required medical forms pertaining to your medical exam.
• Children under 18 years should be accompanied by parents/ guardian for the medicals.
• Urine sample has to be given.
• Females in their menstrual cycles should avoid doing the medical due to abnormalities being seen in the urine reports.
• Digital Photograph will be taken in the Hospital.

Instructions for UK VISA Medical Exam (TB Screening)

• Reporting timing is 9.00 am OR as per appointment given.
• No fasting required:
• Prior appointment and hard copies of all original documents are required.
• Carry Original passport and a photo copy of the first and the last page.
• Charges ₹. 2500/- per head for all age group from 1st July 2022, Chest X Ray film & report will be inclusive in this charges.
• Pregnant applicants who don’t want to do Chest X ray, can opt for Sputum Test.
• Children under 11 years should be accompanied by parents/ guardian for the medicals.
• Carry Two recent color passport size photograph with White Background.
• Report and Certificate will be available on next working day between 2.00pm to 4.00pm or as instructed by the department.

• Reporting timing is 9.00 am OR as per appointment given.
• No fasting required.
• Prior appointment and hard copies of all original documents are required.
• ONLY original Passport is accepted as ID proof.
• Carry photo copies of the passport.
• Registration is compulsory and charges applicable are Rs. 200/-
• Charges will be Rs.  2400/-  approx. (as per OPD rates)
• Children under 11 years should be accompanied by relative/guardian for the medicals.
• Carry One recent passport size color photo with white background. 
• Reports will be available on next working day between 2.00pm to 4.00pm or as instructed by the department.
