Profile

I am an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist with expertise in providing evidence-based psychological interventions across a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and psychosomatic concerns. With a holistic and collaborative approach, I work closely with medical professionals across specialties to address the psychological components of physical health conditions and promote overall well-being.

I come bearing experience in working with individuals across the lifespan—children, adolescents, and adults—and specialize in the assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, personality difficulties, emotional dysregulation, attention and learning issues, chronic stress and other diverse concerns. I am also skilled in psychotherapeutic support for patients coping with chronic illnesses, medically unexplained symptoms, and lifestyle-related difficulties.

I integrate cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and several other insights in an eclectic form to provide personalized care. I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic space that empowers individuals to lead more fulfilling lives.

At Lilavati Hospital, I offer both short-term and long-term psychological interventions, collaborate with departments such as gastroenterology, paediatrics, internal medicine, and neurology, and contribute to holistic patient care by addressing the mind-body connection.
